An unspoiled tradition
In order to make our homemade products, we only use the best ingredients sourced from the Italian rural tradition, from fresh eggs to the best vegetables and selected flours. After folding every single Tortello and Cappelletto with our own hands, we freeze them to keep their flavour unchanged with no need to add any preservative.
